Which countries/regions can we ship to?

 
We ship worldwide! We are not responsible for the tariffs or taxes in your country/region.

How long does delivery take?

 
Please allow 2 working days for processing and production before your order is shipped. However, the order should arrive within 5 – 15 working days. (In some cases, international shipping may take up to 20 days.)

What is the “package tracking” in my order?

 
After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your registered account.

How do I return an item?

Hello, since our products are unique custom-made items, returns are generally not allowed except for damaged items. To be eligible for a return, you must record an unedited and clear video of the package as it was received, showing that it is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at odddollzstudio@Hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping address and instructions on how to send the package back. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

What about shipping fees for online store orders?

 
We ship to most countries/regions where our logistics partners have subsidiaries. Although we strive to keep our rates reasonable, our priority is to deliver items to you quickly, promptly, and safely. For a list of the countries/regions we ship to and our shipping fees, you can select your items and proceed to the checkout page, as the fees are calculated based on weight and volume. After entering your shipping details, we will automatically calculate the shipping fee based on the address you provide, without the need for payment or registration.
